A 58-year-old rural Sabetha man pleaded not guilty Wednesday to a capital murder charge and will stand trial in connection with the homicide of Patricia Kimmi in Atchison County. Roger Hollister is tentatively headed for jury trial at 9 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, barely more than one year after the Nov. 6, 2009 disappearance of 58-year-old Ms. Kimmi. Wednesday, September 01, 2010
